Upon obtaining my master’s degree from the University of Georgia, I have served as a child protective services case manager, a member of the trauma team at Mayo Clinic Hospital, and a therapist at an inpatient mental health and addiction rehabilitation center. This background has prepared me to engage with a highly diverse clientele in the outpatient therapy environment.
I am presently employed at Brazos Valley Mental Health & Wellness in College Station, Texas. I accept solo individuals aged 15 and older. I possess experience assisting those grappling with depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, addiction, and diverse personality disorders. I accept most major insurance providers, including BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Optum, and Aetna, as well as cash payments.
My therapeutic approach is consistently person-centered. I assert that you are the architect of your own therapy, and it is my responsibility to facilitate your navigation through that process. Sessions will concentrate on your present thoughts rather than adhering to a predetermined script. We will determine the most effective treatment modalities for you as an individual to enhance your therapeutic experience. My objective for each client is to empower you to take command of your life rather than allowing mental health to dominate you. If you believe we might be compatible, I would appreciate the opportunity to meet and collaborate on your objectives.
